We will explore seated poses on the chair and standing poses using the chair for balance and support. Each session we will learn meditative breathing techniques and stretches to release muscle tension.
No prior experience necessary. Please dress in layers and wear comfortable clothing. Feel free to bring a yoga mat and a blanket and or firm cushion - if you like. Some water to keep hydrated.
Regular Drop-in for 1 hour class is $12 for members and $15 for non-members.
Your first class is only $6 for members, and $7.50 for non-members! Free class May 1st!
