5 week gentle Yoga series July 23 - Aug 20

Low impact full body workout ideal for beginners, people with limited mobility, and those looking to reduce stress levels

  • Increase flexibility, muscle strength, tone

  • Improve respiration, balance, energy, concentration, and mental well-being

  • Learn meditative breathing techniques and stretches to release muscle tension

No prior experience necessary. Please bring a Yoga mat if available, water, and wear comfortable clothing.

$50 for all 5 classes for club members / $60 for guests*

*Yoga series will only run when a minimum of 3 registrations is reached. Drop-ins welcome after class is confirmed. $12 drop in for members / $15 for guests.
