Multi-level Chair Yoga

Do you want to improve your mobility? 

Join us for Chair Yoga, a low impact full body workout!

  • Increase flexibility, muscle strength and tone

  • Improve respiration, energy and concentration

  • Learn meditative breathing techniques and stretches to release muscle tension

Drop-ins welcome! Come as you are! No Yoga mat needed.  No prior experience necessary.

Regular Drop-in is $12 for members and $15 for non-members.
First class only $6 for members, and $7.50 for non-members!
