Hall Rental

The German Canadian Cultural Society - Victoria Edelweiss Club boasts three floors of meeting spaces.

There are three meeting rooms and one banquet room. Seasonal decorations and/or special event decorating services are available. Food service is available to all floors. Access for people with disabilities is restricted to the main floor banquet hall as there are no elevators to the 2nd or 3rd floors.

The meeting rooms:

Upper Bar (2nd Floor) - Capacity 30 - 35; amenities include: tables, chairs, big screen television.  

Banquet Room (Main Floor) - Capacity 300; amenities include: tables, chairs, stage, piano, PA system, projector, screen. Main Hall layout

2nd Floor meeting room (Games Room) - Capacity 30 - 35; amenities include:  tables, chairs.

2nd Floor Library - Capacity 12; amenities include:  tables chairs and of course, excellent library materials!

3rd Floor Choir Loft - Capacity 60; amenities include:  chairs, tables, piano.
