Rental Rates

The fee quoted is a "daily" rate, based on the date you have selected, and the number of hours you require to rent the space.  If you require more time than the rental agreement states, an additional fee may apply.  Events ending later than 02:00 a.m., or where there is less than 4 hours between the end of one event and the beginning of another, may incur an additional cleaning fee.  Events may not exceed room capacity.

The meeting rooms:

Banquet Room (Main Floor) - Capacity 300 - $600 for the date and time period specified in your rental agreement.  Bartender available at an additional charge. 

2nd Floor meeting room (Games Room) - Capacity 40 - $100

Upper Bar (2nd Floor) - Capacity 30-35 - $150 for the date and time period specified in your rental agreement.  Bartender available at an additional charge.

2nd Floor Library - Capacity 12 - $60.00

3rd Floor meeting room (Choir Loft) - Capacity 60 - $150.00

Catering is available for all meeting rooms at an additional charge.
