Take some time for yourself in this busy time of the year!
Join us for chair yoga Nov 19, 26 and Dec 3! Each session we will learn meditative breathing techniques and stretches to release muscle tension.
Chair yoga offers a practice where no yoga mat is needed. We will explore seated poses on the chair and standing poses using the chair for balance and support. New to yoga? No prior experience necessary.
We meet in the Games Room. Dress in layers please.
Cost Club Members: $40 for all 3 sessions / $15 each if purchased separately.
Cost Non-Club Members: $43 for all 3 sessions / $17 each if purchased separately.
